Flagsol GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Ferrostaal Industrial Projects GmbH, which offers expertise throughout the entire value chain of large scale solar-thermal power plants with a power output of 50 to 250 megawatt - from project development and financing to the turn-key construction as a general contractor. In Spain, we provided the technology for each of these countries' first parabolic trough power plants: the three Andasol plants. In Egypt we realized the solar field for the hybrid plant in Kuraymat. The company developed the successful Skal-ET collector with these projects in mind. This will be followed by a new generation - the HelioTrough collector -, which has been tested in the U.S. The development has been successfully completed.
